1. Using the dengi.ru mobile app

To do that:

Download the app.
Select Cash.
Provide your details.
Provide the recipient's full name and phone number.

Done! When the money is ready, you will receive a transfer reference number. Forward this reference number to the recipient, they will use it to pick up the money.

Download the iOS app from AppStore.

2. From dengi.ru service branches

To do that:

Choose a service branch.
Provide your passport and phone number.
Provide the recipient's passport details and confirm the money transfer.

To receive the money, the recipient will need:

Their passport
The money transfer reference number

How much money you can send to a bank account in Turkey:

Single transfer: 5,000 USD or Russian ruble equivalent.

Monthly limit: 10,000 USD or Russian ruble equivalent.

How much money you can send to a dengi.ru service point:

Single transfer: 5,000 USD or Russian ruble equivalent.

Monthly limit: 10,000 USD in Russian ruble equivalent (the exchange rate is calculated at the time of submitting the application).
